The maximum occupancy for our rental is 6 guests.
Yes, we have onsite paid parking available for guests. It is $35 per car for the duration of your stay. We will pay for the first car, but any additional cars will be billed to you through your booking platform.
Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, starter supply of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the bathrooms, hair dryer in each bathroom, starter supply of dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, towels, and a scrub brush for the kitchen, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, and sugar, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. We also, have games for kids and adults, tennis and pickleball equipment. There are books available for all ages too.
Absolutely! We have 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach towels, beach cart, beach mat, Kubb game, boogie boards, cooler, floats, noodles, buckets and shovels.

Check-in time is 4 pm. However, if it is ready sooner, we will message you so you can get in your bungalow sooner. If you happen to be on the island early on your check-in day, you can get your parking pass and start exploring all that our beautiful resort has to offer.
Check-out time is 10 am. If we can, we will try to accommodate your request, but it is very difficult to do so since our housecleaning crew usually has a very tight schedule.
It is a five minute walk to the beach, the oceanfront pool, Jamaica Joe'z, and Jamaica Monz.
Yes, there are. Directly behind our building is a catch and release fishing pond. Also, just a short walk away is a large, shaded children's playground, a picnic area with charcoal grills, a tennis wall, and half a basketball court. The tennis and pickleball courts are only 2 minutes away. The Pro Shop and fitness center are nearby as well. And, the laundry facilities are located on the side of the Pro Shop building.
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to take care of the situation immediately if needed. We have a wonderful cleaning crew and a concierge (our second set of eyes) who follows up after the cleaning is completed to ensure everything meets our high standards. But, unforeseen things happen and we want to make sure you are not inconvenienced if we can avoid it.
We love our furry friends, but we cannot permit pets in our condo. It is a resort policy. If you have a service animal, there is paperwork that must be filled out in advance of you arrival.

It depends on how you booked your trip. Our bungalow is listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. If you cancel far enough in advance, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel last minute, unfortunately we will not be able give you a refund. Please read the cancellation policies carefully. Also, each booking site offers travel insurance at the time of your reservation. This can protect you against most unexpected events that might force you to cancel your trip. Even if you decide not to stay with us, please be aware that a lot of Airbnb listings only offer free cancellations within 48 hours of booking.
